Desjardins becomes a major partner of the Irokko app

Irokko announces a major partnership with Desjardins, joining the app’s support network to accelerate the rollout of Goldstandard-certified reforestation projects.

The partnership strengthens Irokko’s network of forestry cooperatives and lets it offer a growing number of users and organizations a turnkey carbon offset program.

“Partnering with an institution like Desjardins, rooted in the social economy, lines up with our commitment to working exclusively with cooperatives,” the Irokko team said.

More partnerships of this kind are expected as Irokko expands its reforestation site registry.
